  • Review of organization’s compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) guidelines.

Payroll Outsourcing

Attendance:

  • Detailed checking and validation of employees’ daily time sheet

Payroll Computation:

  • Computation of gross pay, bonus, commission, and net pay (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, annually)
  • Computation and validation of overtime, night shift differential and holiday pay
  • Submission of secured pay slips and on time payroll reports

Leave Monitoring and Filing:

  • Keep track and manage employees’ available vacation and sick leave balances

Government Mandated Reports:

  • Process all government mandated reports (SSS, Philhealth and Pag ibig)

Compensation Tax Calculation:

  • Preparation of withholding tax compensation, fringe benefits tax, and other employee taxes
  • Process year end annualization, tax refund and tax payable
  • Provide the employees year-end income tax report (BIR Form 2316)
